What is tapping and how

is it different

These practices are used to reduce psychological distress through self-stimulation and are proven to work! If you commit to tuning into your body for just a few minutes a day, you will FEEL different! When you use the right tools to support the body, it will naturally heal and regulate the nervous system.

when should i do these and how long will it take

Begin these exercises once a day on a daily basis. Each exercise takes between 1-8 minutes. This is a practice you can do anytime, anywhere. When introducing tapping it is best to be consistent with the time you do it each day. I find the best time to add tapping into your routine is first thing in the morning when you brush your teeth or take a shower.

How long do results last

Regulating your nervous system is a continual practice. But don't let that overwhelm you. Once you learn the tools they become as simple to do as brushing your teeth each morning. You will look forward to doing them as you will feel cleansed and refreshed.

I just don't have the time

There's no doubt you are busy! When you are operating in fight/flight/freeze response you are not operating at your full capacity. Because of that, you can't afford not to spend the 1-8 minutes a day it will take to regulate your nervous system.
